Our club sits in a very unique location, allowing us to offer outdoor venues surrounded by boats, water, and palm trees. If needed, we also provide undercover options for inclement weather. When you book the entire club, we can set up your function in either an indoor or outdoor setting, giving you the best of both worlds in the tropics.

How many guests can we accommodate?
At Port Douglas Yacht Club, we offer a range of options to accommodate events of any size. For more intimate gatherings, you can enjoy a cozy table on our picturesque lawn. For larger events, we provide comfortable seating arrangements for up to 300 guests. Our venue can host standing events with a capacity of up to 450 guests. Whether you are planning a small, intimate function or a grand celebration, Port Douglas Yacht Club is equipped to cater to your needs with flexibility and style.
For your beverage needs, we provide an extensive selection of both domestic and international beers, wines, spirits, and liqueurs, ensuring that you and your guests can enjoy a diverse range of high-quality drinks. Our club holds a liquor license that permits us to serve alcohol until midnight. Should you require a later serving time, we can extend this license for an additional fee. Please note that any request for an extension must be submitted at least 21 days in advance to accommodate the necessary arrangements.
