Nestled in a picture-perfect location on Dickson Inlet, the Port Douglas Yacht Club features a charming a character-filled clubhouse that truly embodies the essence of Far North Queensland. With its vibrant landscapes and unique ecosystems, is a captivating region where tropical beauty meets adventure. This area is renowned for its stunning natural attractions, including the Great Barrier Reef, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the oldest rainforest in the world : the Daintree. PDYC is an incorporated association formed to promote, encourage and foster the sport of yachting. To foster and maintain the good fellowship that exists between yachtsmen and to keep members in close and friendly association with each other through frequent social gatherings on land and sea.​The club is home to many of the members that live on their boats either moored on Dickson Inlet or in the adjacent marina. A home away from home for the many members regularly sailing in the club organised sailing activities. Either you’re a member, a guest, or visitor, you’re all welcome to savor an ice-cold drink and fabulous meal while relax in waterfront view. Thrilling live entertainment and sailing events to refreshing beverages and exquisite cuisine, the PDYC offers a fantastic setting for any occasion. We look forward to seeing you a the Yachty!
